In 2016 Kybun, now part of Kybun Joya, sponsor of the St. Gallen football stadium, which has been called Kybunpark since then. Now Kybun Joya and FC St. Gallen announced that the collaboration will end at the end of the contract in June 2026.
In the course of a strategic realignment, the Kybun Joya group withdraws as the namesake. “There were many emotional moments, but one of the most impressive was certain when I saw our logo for the first time on the stadium roof. For me that was not just a marketing moment, but also the visible evidence that we had the courage to make a big decision-and that it was worth it,” recalls Kybun Joya Managing Director Karl Müller. The collaboration has attracted a lot of attention to the Kybun brand over the years. 30 million cars would drive past the stadium a year and the audience cut was 17,850 spectators, said Kybun Joya. In principle, cooperation with FC St. Gallen is to be continued beyond 2026. Instead of investing in the stadium names, which costs a sum in the upper six -figure area annually, Kybun Joya wants to promote up to 200 Swiss clubs and organizations in the areas of sports, music and culture. The manufacturer also wants to work with personalities with global radiance.
