Union Minister Tokhan Sahu has confirmed taking the metro from Samaypur Badli to Sonepat via Nathupur. The expansion of the Yellow line will provide great facilities to the passengers coming to Delhi to Delhi. The government has given in -principle approval to this project and work on it will start soon.

Under this scheme, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will soon prepare a detailed project report (DPR). At the same time, Union Minister Tokhan Sahu has also confirmed that the metro will be expanded to Narela, which will make the journey between Delhi and Haryana easier.

Now Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has received approval to prepare a detailed project report (DPR), which is an important step for this project. Union Minister Tokhan Sahu said, “The central government helps in funding for urban railway projects, but it depends on the request of the state governments or union territories. Under this scheme, the possibilities of metro expansion and available available resources will also be assured.”

This route will be of new metro

The length of the new metro route is said to be 26.5 km, which will include a total of 21 stations. It will start from Rithala to Nathupur and connect areas like Rohini, Bawana and Narela. The expansion of this metro will benefit the passengers of Delhi, Haryana and Noida. With this, their journey will be easy and safe as well as saving time.

Yellow line route

The Yellow line of Delhi Metro is currently 47.2 km long, which goes from Samaypur Badli to Millennium City Center in Gurugram. There are a total of 37 stations on this route and other metro lines are connected at eight places, which makes it easier to travel in NCR. Some of the main stations of the Yellow line are Samaypur Badli, Rohini Sector 18-19, Hyderpur Badli Mor, New Delhi, Rajiv Chowk and Patel Chowk. This line offers the main areas of the city and the Millennium City Center and IFFCO Chowk to easily reach the commercial hub.
