Hartjes relies on inclusion – shoe courier

In addition to the claim to quality, manual work and sustainability, Hartjes is particularly pleased about the efforts and developments at the personnel level. At the beginning of April, the company Alin presented, today a fixed part of the company and proof of inclusive personnel management. “Alin brings performance, commitment and precision – exactly what it takes in a craft business like ours,” says Hartjes. “Today he produces shoes and is no less, but a full member of our value chain.”
Alin found his way through an accompanied transition process through the CHG project for the state of Upper Austria. At the same time, the management consultant Melanie Hofinger, Miravita and the inclusion advice Upper Austria supported the transition. “Inclusion works when you are not only willing to give opportunities,” says Hartjes, “but also willing to look, understand, understand and remain open.” Inclusion means not only consideration, but above all foresight.
