Mr. Moewes, you have been the new managing director of Ricosta since October 1. What has changed for you in your new role?

Kai Moewes: There are few things in everyday life that have changed. I continue to be responsible for sales, I am still traveling a lot and in contact with customers. In addition, there are of course many activities in which I represent the interests of the company. For example, I am very much looking forward to taking on more tasks at the HDS/L.

After a year, I will decide whether I can maintain the personal union of sales and management or have to hand over parts of my sales activity, you sometimes bump
noticeably to its limits. But it is important to me that I will always stay close to the customer.

How do you rate the order round and where is Ricosta?

I am satisfied, I can’t say that otherwise. Our new topics were very well received, which I am very happy. I was afraid that trading continues to be on security. Of course he does that too, but he gives us the opportunity to show new things. We have a small growth of around 8% and primarily thanks to new topics: We introduced retro sancers from size 25 and launched a new rubber group in the Pepino area.
