Dividend & Stock Split Alert: Next week, shares of several companies will trade on X-det for dividend, stock split and other corporate action. These companies include Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare Ltd, Hexaware Technologies Ltd, Quss Corp Ltd, and Akme Fintrade (India) Ltd. The X-dets are between 15 April to 17 April 2025.

Mazagon Dock will give dividend

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd has declared the second interim dividend of ₹ 3 per share for FY 2024-25. The company set a record date on 16 April 2025. Dividend will be paid before 7 May 2025.

The company said in the regulatory filing, ‘The second interim dividend of ₹ 3 has been declared for FY 2024-25 on ₹ 5 perfectly paid per equity share. Apart from this, the company has set a record date for this on Wednesday, 16 April 2025.

Dividend of ₹ 5.75 from Hexaware

Hexaware Technologies Limited has declared an interim dividend of ₹ 5.75 per share with ₹ 1 face value. The company has set a record date and X-date on April 15 to identify eligible shareholders for this dividend. By the end of the record date, eligible shareholders whose names will be in the register will be considered eligible for this dividend.

Sanofi will give a dividend of ₹ 55

Akme Fintrade (India) LTD has announced the stock split. In this, a share with ₹ 10 face value will now be divided into 10 shares of ₹ 1 face value. For this, X-Det on 17 April and a record date on 18 April have been set. Sanofi Consumer Healthcare Ltd has now fixed 17 April 2025, changing the record date of its ₹ 55 per share final dividend.
