Voltas March Quarter Results: In the January-March 2025 quarter, the consolidated net profit of Voltas Limited increased by 113 percent to Rs 235.69 crore on an annual basis. The profit was Rs 110.64 crore a year ago. The profit for the owners of the company increased by about 107 percent to Rs 241.02 crore, which was Rs 116.44 crore in the March 2024 quarter. The Tata Group company has told the stock markets that the consolidated revenue from its operations increased by 13.4 percent to Rs 4767.56 crore in the March 2025 quarter. It was Rs 4202.88 crore a year ago.
In FY 2024-25, Voltas’s consolidated net profit increased to Rs 834.28 crore. It was Rs 248.11 crore a year ago. The net profit for the owners of the company was Rs 841.37 crore, which was Rs 252 crore a year ago. Consolidated revenue from the operations reached Rs 15412.79 crore. It was Rs 12481.21 crore in FY 2024.
When will you get dividend
The board of Voltas has recommended a dividend of Rs 7 per share for FY 2024-25. In the 71st annual general meeting, it will be paid on or after the 5th day after taking the approval of shareholders on it. The company gave a final dividend of Rs 5.50 per share in FY 2024.

Voltas shares closed in green mark
On May 7, Voltas’s stock closed over Rs 1244.45 with a gain of over 1 percent on BSE. The company’s market cap is Rs 41100 crore. The stock has come down 32 percent so far in the year 2025. The company had a 30.30 percent stake in the company till the end of March 2025. Voltas shares have a face value of Rs 1. The stock created a 52 -week high level of Rs 1,946.20 on BSE on 20 September 2024. The 52 -week low of Rs 1,135.55 was seen on 1 February 2025.
