Lewitt said, “If this is not done, you will be arrested, a fine will be imposed, will be deported and you will never be able to return to our country.” This instruction is based on the decades -old Alien Registration Act of Second World War. It is appointed by Trump, US District Judge Traver N. McFaden’s decision was followed by the green signal, which rejected the legal challenge of the advocacy groups.

Evidence of registration will have to be kept with you all the time
The judge ruled that the plaintiff has a lack of sufficient legal basis to prevent the rules from implementing the rule. This cleared the way for the controversial instructions to be effective.
