Trump Residence Tower Gurugram made a record on the very first day of launching. The 298 residential unit of this project i.e. flat was booked on the same day. It also includes ultra-pramium penthouse worth ₹ 125 crore.
The total booking value of the project was up to ₹ 3,250 crore. The project has been launched in Gurugram by Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers in collaboration with Trump Organization by US President Donald Trump. Both companies gave information related to Trump Tower in a joint statement on Tuesday
There are currently six projects of Trump Tower in India, which are located in cities like Pune, Mumbai, Gurugram and Kolkata. US President Trump’s business in the real estate sector is spread worldwide. The second trump tower project in Gurugram is currently under construction
Price from ₹ 8 to ₹ 15 crore
This luxury project is spread over two 51-storey towers. In this, the price of each unit is between ₹ 8 crore to ₹ 15 crore. Smartworld Developers will be responsible for the construction and customer service of this project. At the same time, the work of design, marketing and quality control will be seen Tribeca Developers.
Tribeca founder Kalpesh Mehta said, “Sales of ₹ 3,250 crore on the first day are a significant turn in India’s luxury real estate history. This is the appeal of the Trump brand and its strong identity between high-end buyers.”

The first trump project is also successful
It is the second residential project launched under the Trump brand in North India. Earlier, Trump Towers Delhi NCR was launched in Gurugram in 2018, which is now completely sold and is ready for delivery this month.
Pankaj Bansal of Smartworld Developers emphasized the rise in the price of Trump Tower Sector 65 (2018) during the launch. He said, “Initial investors investing in the first trump project in Gurugram have gained the benefit of increasing the price by 100 percent.”
