Ukrainian President Volodimier Zelansky said on Tuesday that he would participate in a war in Ukraine this week if Russian President Vladimir Putin is present.
Zelancesi said he would meet Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan in Ankara on Wednesday or Thursday and was ready to meet Putin Ether in Intanbul there or in Istanbul.
