PB Fintech’s consulted profit on an annual basis in the March quarter jumped 181.6% to ₹ 170.6 crore and Revenue 38.4% to ₹ 1,507.9 crore.
Allied blenders and distillers Q4 (Consolidated Yoy)
On an annual basis in the March quarter, Allied Blenders and Distillars came to a consolidated profit of ₹ 78.6 crore from a loss of ₹ 2.41 crore. During this period, the company’s revenue jumped 20% to ₹ 920.6 crore. The board has approved the proposal to raise ₹ 1000 crore.
Lic Housing Finance Q4 (Standalone Yoy)
On the annual basis in the March quarter, the consulted profit of LIC Housing Finance rose 25.4% to ₹ 1,368 crore on an annual basis but the net income fell 3.2% to ₹ 2,166.4 crore from interest. Also, the impairy on financial instruments fell from ₹ 427.9 crore to ₹ 109.4 crore.

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Q4 (Consolidated Yoy)
Cremalized profits of Crumpton Greaves Consumer Electricals on an annual basis in the March quarter jumped 22.5% to ₹ 169.5 crore and revenue increased by 5.1% to ₹ 2,060.6 crore. The board has approved the final dividend of ₹ 3 per share.
JSW Energy Q4 (Consolidated Yoy)
On the annual basis in the March quarter, JSW Energy’s consulted profit jumped 16.1% to ₹ 408 crore and Revenue increased by 15.7% to ₹ 3,189.4 crore. The board has approved raising funds of ₹ 10 thousand crore in one or more installments.

Market regulator SEBI is investigating that the Clients of IndusInd Bank’s Senior Executives Bank are transacting shares of companies.
According to a CNBC-TV18 report, Singtel’s subsidiary Pastel plans to sell 0.8 per cent stake in Bharti Airtel through a block deal. Its floor price is ₹ 1800 and the deal is ₹ 8,568. Pastel currently holds 9.49% stake in Bharti Airtel.
Rail Development Corporation has received a letter of award for a project of Rs 115.8 crore from Central Railway. The project includes OHE (overhead equipment) modification work to upgrade the existing 1×25 KV electric traction system in the Itarsi-Amla section of Nagpur Division of Central Railway to the 2×25 KV feeding system, so that the 3,000 metric tonnes of loading targets can be met.
