The Supreme Court of the United States on Monday allowed President Donald Trump’s administration to abolish legal protection for about 350,000 Venezuela, which earlier told him about potential exile.
The court – with a noted dissatisfaction – approved the request of the Department of Justice to raise the order of a federal judge, which stopped the decision of Homeland Secretary Christie NoM to end the exile given to the migrants of Venezuela under a temporary protected position).
The judges did not provide an rational behind their decision because emergency applications are common.
The appeal process is underway in the lower court.
What is a temporary protected position program?

Meanwhile, the US Homeland Security said in a statement by the social media platform X that the Supreme Court’s decision was “victory for American people and the security of our communities”, saying that the Biden administration exploited the program to “the program” to “half million poor migrants in the country”.
Before being selected, Trump worked hard on the promise of deporting millions of unspecified migrants.
Several executive orders around the immigration passed by the Republican President have seen pushbacks from judges across the US including the Supreme Court.
