The official has said that the flight was safely landed in Srinagar at 6.30 pm. According to the official, “All aircrafts and 227 passengers are safe and the airline has declared the plane as AOG. AOG i.e. aircraft on ground means that the plane is grounded due to technical problems and is not in flying.

IndiGo issued a statement on the situation saying, “Flight 6E 2142 going from Delhi to Srinagar suffered a sudden hailstorm on the way. The flight and cabin crew followed the protocol and the plane was safely launched in Srinagar. After the plane landed the plane, the airport team attacked the passengers and the priority and resting of the pasans were attached to the plane. The plane will be released. “
