From May 14 to 16, 2025, the “Circle of Young Entrepreneur” (KJU) met at the invitation of Sabu Schuh & Marketing GmbH and the Swiss Conservation in Mägenwil. The around a dozen participants from both countries used the meeting for professional exchange, practical insights and strategic impulses.
The start was a visit to Albiez Schuhhaus AG. There, the participants with Christine Meyer Consulting & Coaching developed a live shop mirror-an instrument for self-analysis in inpatient retail. The first day ended with a city walk in Baden and a dinner together.
On the second day, the topics of entrepreneurial development were at the center. Zusa managing director Hansjörg Egli gave an insight into the history and orientation of the grouping group. In the subsequent fireplace interview, Samuel Schneider (Schneider Shoes) described his way to company succession – including discussion about stumbling blocks and success factors.
In the afternoon, e-commerce was the subject of a lecture by Peter Wagner (SABU), who under the title “E-Commerce 360 °” discussed the opportunities and risks of online trading. Practical examples and a subsequent discussion round opened the room for their own strategies and experiences.
A hut evening with cheese fondue, wine and “bingo-vinz” was the informal highlight of the conference. The last day was devoted to future topics: In a workshop with Lisa Weitmann and Uwe Elst (SABU), the focus was on current AI applications and creative tools for trade-from automated customer communication to social media marketing.
According to Sabu, the balance was consistently positive. The next KJU appointment is already planned: from November 4th to 6th, 2025, the place will be announced, the place will be announced.
