Borana weaves iPo: The allotment of Borona Vives shares is likely to be held on 23 May today. The company’s Initial Public Offer (IPO) received huge response from investors and on the last day it closed with 148.77 times subscription. The IPO of this company, which made the high quality microfilament Vovan Fabrics, was opened from 20 to 22 May. The company’s IPO size was Rs 144.89 crore.
Borona Vives had kept 36.89 lakh shares for sale under the IPO, in return for which it received bids for a total of 54.88 crore shares. Most of the bids were found in Non-Estabolic Investors (NIIS) in Catager, which was subscribed to 237.41 times. At the same time, retail investors subscribed 200.50 times their category. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBS) filled its share 87.21 times.

GMP (Gray Market Premium) update
According to Market Observers, a premium of 24% is being seen in unlisted stocks of Borana Weaves. This means that its shares in the gray market are trading around ₹ 268-₹ 270 in the gray market as against the highest price band of IPO. The shares of Borana Weaves are expected to be listed on BSE and NSE on 27 May.
