Superglamourous takes over Moreschi – Schuhkurier

Glam SRL, the company behind the Superglamourous shoe brand, and its majority investor, the British Imerman Family Office Fund, have taken over the Italian brand Moreschi. First, the US specialist medium Footwear News reported about it. Accordingly, the buyers prevailed at an auction set by the court in Pavia – after Moreschi slipped into bankruptcy in 2024. The brand was most recently owned by the Swiss fund Hurleys.
The takeover includes all rights to the brand, machines, material stocks and intellectual property. Financial details were not published. Glam and the Imerman Fund are planning to combine Moreschi’s legacy with the digital strength of superglamourous in order to realign the brand strategically. Superglamourous, founded in 2012 by Andrea Usuelli and Riccardo Libertino, is known for bold slipper designs and a digitally focused sales strategy.
“The legacy of Italian shoemaker is incomparable. Our goal is to build on this legacy and to develop the brand with well -thought -out innovations,” said Bianca Ladow, director of the Imerman Family Office. Both brands are to be continued independently, but are surgically closer – including joint showrooms in Milan and London.
Production remains at the Vigevano site. According to Usuelli, the focus of the strategy is to combine craftsmanship and international scalability: “This is not just a revival, but a long -term vision.”
