German authorities said on Sunday that the police had been known as a person with “clear signal of mental illness” since 2021 in a recent knife attack at the Central Train Station in Hamburg.
A German National, the suspect, was injured on Friday evening after randomly stabbed people at a randomly busy transport center.
The 39 -year -old woman, who lives from the northern state of lower Saxony, was released from a psychiatry hospital a day before the stabbing.

Suspect in psychiatric care for three weeks in May
For the Lower Saxony Ministry, the police initiated criminal proceedings against the woman in several cases last year.
