The Austrian court on Monday overturned Chancellor Sebastian Kurz for giving false testimony for parliamentary investigation.
“Sebastian Kurz … has been acquired,” said a three -member panel of judges.
Kurz once led a growing star among the European conservative and a governing alliance in Austria twice.
