French President Emmanuel Macron reduced the incident caught on the camera of his wife, Briguits, arrived in Vietnam for a visit on Sunday, as he was removing his face.
On Monday, he denied having “domestic dispute” with his wife, told reporters that they were “joking, as we do often.”
The video footage showed that Brigitut pushed her husband with both hands on her face, before she got off her aircraft to start a tour of Southeast Asia, a lot of speculation in the French media.
