Britain’s Crown Prosiction Service (CPS) said on Wednesday that Andrew Tate has faced 10 criminal allegations in the UK, including rape, real physical disadvantages, human trafficking, and prostitution.
The CPS stated that it had authorized the allegations against the Internet personality, related to three complaints, before the AUS extradition warrant was released from Romania to Britain in 2024.
What are the allegations against Triston Tate?
Triston Tate, Andrew’s brother, rape, actual physical loss and 11 allegations including human trafficking. It is in relation to a complainant.
“We can confirm that we have been authorized for crimes against Andrew and Triston Tate,” we are authorized for crimes including rape, human trafficking, prostitution and real physical damage against three women, “the prosecutors said in a statement.
“A European arrest warrant was issued in England in 2024, and as a result the Romanian courts ordered the extradition of Andrew and Triston Tate to the UK.”
Tate brothers have denied any wrongdoing.

A CPS spokesman said, “However, domestic criminal cases in Romania should be settled first.”
Flew to the United States in February, Romanian prosecutors picked up a travel ban, then returned to Romania next month to complete legal bobligations.
