Spying for pakistan: An employee of the Rajasthan government has been arrested in Jaisalmer for allegedly spying for Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI. The arrested employee has been identified as Shakur Khan Manganiyar. He was detained by a joint team of CID and intelligence agencies from his office in Jaisalmer. Khan was working in the State Employment Department. He can be taken to Jaipur for further inquiry. Intelligence and security agencies will make joint inquiries. Initial investigations revealed his alleged contacts with the Pakistani High Commission.
The employee hails from Dhani of Baroda village near Pakistan border. He was reportedly under supervision for some time. According to ‘News18’ report, officials have received several phone numbers related to Pakistan (mobile numbers starting from +92). During interrogation, Khan was unable to give satisfactory answers. According to the ‘Times of India’ report, the employee also confessed that he had gone to Pakistan at least seven times in recent years.
A top police officer said that the officials started an investigation after receiving inputs about his suspicious activities. Officials said that however, no photos or videos related to the army have been recovered from his phone. He said that the person had deleted several files from his device. His two bank accounts are also on radar.
According to the report, Khan may have a relationship with an Pakistan Embassy officer, indicating possible coordination with his ISI operators. His arrest is part of the extensive action on suspected persons for spying for Pakistan in Punjab and Haryana.
Meanwhile, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan for allegedly spying for Pakistanis. Officials said that accused Moti Ram Jat was actively involved in detective activities. Since 2023, confidential information related to national security was delivering Pakistan’s intelligence officials (PIOs).
Officials said that Jat, Assistant Sub -Inspector of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) (for this work) was getting money from PIOs through various means. He said that the NIA arrested Moti Ram from Delhi and is questioning him. Meanwhile, CRPF said that he had dismissed him.
Apart from this, the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) of the Uttar Pradesh Police has arrested two persons in different campaigns in Noida and Varanasi for raising money in the name of illegal visa facility and spying for Pakistan.
A statement issued by the ATS said that 45 -year -old Mohammad Harun, a resident of Seelampur, Delhi, has been arrested from Noida. Harun is accused of spying for Pakistan. ATS Uttar Pradesh was informed that Aaron who works as a junk.

Pakistan is recovering illegal money in the name of getting Pakistan’s visa in association with Mujmmal Hussain, an employee of the High Commission. He is involved in anti-national activities by sharing information related to security related to the national interest with him.
