IFL Enterprises Q4 Results: Gujarat -based IFL Enterprises has recorded a tremendous turnaround on the business front in the March quarter (Q4 FY25) results. The company recorded a net profit of more than Rs 3 crore during this period, while it had a loss of Rs 67.87 lakh in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
Tremendous boom in revenue
During the quarter ended March 2025, the company’s income from operations was ₹ 72.13 crore, which was ₹ 1.98 crore in the same quarter last year. This means that revenue also recorded a manifold increase.
Tremendous improvement in annual performance also
The company’s total operating income was ₹ 120.60 crore throughout the FY2024-25, which was more than 13 times the last financial year FY2023-24 against ₹ 8.24 crore. During the same period, the company’s net profit also increased from ₹ 84.5 lakh to ₹ 2.99 crore.
Business expansion and investment
IFL Enterprises reported that it has expanded its domain in the trade of agricultural products including fruits, vegetables and seeds. The company raised ₹ 49.53 crore in June 2024 via Rights Issues, which was used to fund the expansion plans.
Shares up by 20%
After the announcement of the financial results, the company’s shares saw a strong rise and touched the upper circuit with a jump of about 20 percent on the BSE.
