According to Kathmandu Valley Police spokesman Epil Bohora, the President of the National Democracy Party (RPP) and the strong supporter of the monarchy Rajendra Lingden were leading the protest, when the protesters tried to break the security barricade and march towards the Prime Minister’s official residence Baluwatter, they clashed with the police.
