More than 20 Palestinians were killed at the aid distribution site – report
Eyewitnesses said on Sunday that the Israeli forces opened fire on the Palestinians to receive assistance close to a distribution site in Gaza.
According to a Red Cross Field Hospital and many witnesses quoted by the Associated Press, at least 21 were killed and the scores were more injured.
Hamas said that bees were killed and a dozen more were injured in a total of 30 people.
The AMR Abu Teiba, which was in the crowd, said the associated press, “From the naval warships, tanks and drones caught fire from all directions.” Another eyewitness confirmed the account.
The incident occurred on Sunday morning when people gathered to get food. The population of Palestinian Enclave has been hungry with a one -month Israeli blockade, which also expressed international resentment from some close Israelian colleagues.
The decision to allow assistance in Gaza by the Israeli government is very high in dispute and chaos. The United Nations said that the bees were minimized in the first delivery before assistance and even then it failed to reach the needy people.
An Israeli and US-supported scheme to send to the Gaza Humanitraian Foundation (GHF) has not accepted concerns. Its purpose was to avoid the help of leg for Hamas – some United Nations said that there is no evidence for this – and thus, GHF appoints private security contractors, which is the same, similar, the same, For the safety of support distribution sites.
The Foundation said on Sunday that it had distributed aid “without an event”, and dismissed it as “false reporting about deaths, collective injuries and chaos”.
Local health officials have reported that before Sunday, six people were killed and many more were injured by live fire at GHF distribution sites.
United Nations agencies have refused to work with GHF, saying that it violates human regulations by giving control of Israel that receive help.
