Tata Motors Limited (TML) has declared the final dividend of ₹ 6 per equity share (₹ 2 inscribed) for FY 2024-25. This dividend has been proposed at the rate of total 300% and will be introduced for approval in the company’s 80th annual general meeting (AGM).
The company’s 80th annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on 20 June 2025. On getting approval in AGM, dividend will be given to eligible shareholders by 24 June 2025.

Demakers approved shareholders
The shareholders of TATA Motors have approved the company’s dimensions with an overwhelming majority. Under this, the company will be divided into two independent listed institutions- a commercial vehicle (CV) and the other in passenger vehicles (PV).
Under the Composite Scheme of Arrangement, shareholders will get 1 TMLCV (₹ 2 face value) share in exchange for every 1 Tata Motors share. A total of 2.73 billion votes were cast in voting, of which 99.9995% were in favor of the proposal.
How to result in the fourth quarter result?
The company’s March quarter (Q4 FY25) consulted the consolidated net profit ₹ 8,556 crore, which is 51.2% less than ₹ 17,528 crore recorded in the same quarter of the previous year.
There was no significant increase in the total revenue. It was ₹ 119,502 crore, which was ₹ 119,033 crore in Q4 last year.
