The Berlin Administrative Court on Monday ruled that the rejection of shelters on border control is illegal until the Dublin process of the European Union is performed.
The emergency decision came in the case of three Somali citizens, who were returned from Frankfurt to Poland from a new German regulation from Frankfurt on 9 May.
The court said that such rejections require legal steps and have been violated to refuge rights.
