11 separate cases registered

Police has registered a case regarding Bengulru stampede. But no one has been made an accused in this. According to ‘The Hindu’ report, the Bengaluru City Police has not registered any FIR regarding the stampede at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on 4 June. Instead, the police have registered 11 different unnatural death reports ie UDR (Unnatural Death Reports). During the celebrations on Wednesday, many young men were successful in climbing the branches of huge trees. Many youths stick to the pillars.

Even the huge walls were successful in entering the stadium. So that they can get a glimpse of their stars. Nothing could stop them and the crowd increased. The slogan of ‘RCB’ in the busy area created a festive atmosphere on the streets of Bengaluru. The crowd became uncontrollable and gradually a stampede situation arose. Soon the screams started to be heard. Before anyone could understand what is happening, people fell and fainted.

How did a stampede?

The stampede occurred when thousands of fans gathered from different doors to enter the stadium. It became difficult for the police to control them, which caused chaos and the atmosphere of happiness turned into sorrow. The police also made light force to bring under the condition control by the Karnataka Pradesh Cricket Association before the ceremony organized in honor of Royal Challengers Bangalore. Meanwhile, the honor ceremony of the players continued within the stadium.

Pictures of people falling outside the stadium, the police to take the injured to the hospital and the ambulance in the ambulance continued to come. Views of giving CPR to the unconscious people also came out. The injured were admitted to Boring and Lady Curzon Hospital and other hospitals. According to hospital sources, the cause of death can be suffocated.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also described the incident as a heartfelt disorder. He wrote on X, “The accident in Bengaluru is very heartbreaking. In this sad hour, my condolences are with all those who have lost their loved ones. I wish the injured to get well soon.”

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said, “11 people died and 33 were injured in a stampede near Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. More than two to three lakh people were gathered which no one had imagined.” He also said that only 35,000 spectators could come to the stadium. He has ordered a judicial inquiry into the case.

The CM also announced a compensation of Rs 10 lakh to the families of the deceased killed in the accident. Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivkumar on Wednesday apologized for the death of 11 people after celebrating RCB’s victory. He said that the stadium has a capacity of 35,000, but more than 3 lakh people were present there.
