Washington DC: Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has given a big statement about Pakistan. He said, people ask why you don’t talk to Pakistan? So I ask, whom should we talk to? Tharoor said, whom we talk to, they are either unable to stop the elements that are harming us or are not willing to do so. He insisted, if we talk to the citizen government of Pakistan, and they do not even know that their army is sending terrorists from across the border, then whom should we talk to? Tharoor bluntly said that until the democratic forces in Pakistan are strong and military interference does not end, the conversation is meaningless. Watch video
