According to sources, there may be a big block deal of ₹ 5,828 crore on Friday in Bajaj Finserv. Promoter Entities Bajaj Holdings and Jamnalal Sons can sell about 1.94% stake. The floor price of the deal has been fixed at ₹ 1,880 per share. The stock fell 0.57% to close at ₹ 1,944.90 on Thursday.
The company has started a new 281 MW new renewable energy capacity and has entered into a power purchase agreement with Adani Electricity. Now the total established capacity of the company has become 12,499 MW. The stock closed at ₹ 508.90 on Thursday.
The government company and its subsidiaries have signed a non-binding MoU with the Indian Port Rail and Ropway Corporation for the development of rail infrastructure. The stock closed at ₹ 395.10 on Thursday.
The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (Ireda) has launched QIP with a floor price of ₹ 173.83. The issue price will be announced with the advice of book running lead managers. The company said that the trading window will remain closed till next notice due to QIP. On Thursday, the stock rose 1.44% to close at ₹ 176.50.
India’s largest insurance company LIC has appointed the new Chief Investment Officer. Ramakrishnan has taken over since 5 June 2025. On Thursday, LIC shares closed at ₹ 955.65 with a gain of 0.25%.
The company has signed an agreement with Paraguay’s ENERSUR SA. In this, co-products like SAF, Biogas, DDGS will be prepared. The stock closed at ₹ 491.90 on Thursday.
Excel India IV (Mauritius) has sold 1.32% stake in Blackbuck’s parent company Zinka. Now his stake has come down to 9.40%.
ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems
Promoters of the company Wabco can sell a stake of around ₹ 720 crore by block deal. The floor price of the deal is ₹ 12,000 per share, which is 10% less than CMP. The stock closed at ₹ 13,377 on Thursday.
