Delhi Fire Services told news agency ANI, “A flat on the sixth floor of an apartment in Dwarka caught fire. 8 fire engines have reached the spot. Two to three people are expected to be trapped. No casualties are reported.”

The sixth floor of the building in Dwarka, Delhi is on fire. An official said that according to preliminary investigation, no injuries were reported. The fire started in a residential building called Sabad Apartment in Dwarka Sector-13. If someone is trapped, the fire department has deployed a sky lift to save it.

A day earlier, two people died in a fire at an e-rickshaw charging center in a house in Dilshad Garden area of ​​North East Delhi. Police said that there was a fire on the ground floor of a house in the crematorium, where the e-rickshaw was being charged. It is feared that the fire was caused by a short circuit. A senior police officer said, “Two people were found dead at the scene. They have been identified as Shashi (25) and Ballu (55). Shashi lived in the same house while Ballu was homeless and was present there during the incident.”

Police said that Shashi lived in that house with his parents and three brothers. Local beat personnel of police rescued a woman named Meera Devi. In this incident, two e-rickshaws were completely burnt. The bodies of the dead have been sent for post -mortem. According to the Delhi Fire Service, a fire was reported from the Kodi Colony of Tahirpur at around 11.32 pm, after which four fire engines were sent to the spot.

Earlier, in May, two teenagers were burnt to death when an e-rickshaw charging and parking center caught fire in Ram Nagar area of ​​Shahdara, while four others were injured. In addition, six people of a family, including two children, were scorched and had a serious problem in breathing due to a fire in an e-rickshaw being charged at an illegal charging center in Shahdara, Delhi.
