Austria mourned after deadly school shoot – DW – 06/11/2025

Officials said on Wednesday that the Austrian police found a non-functional homemade bomb and a farewell letter at the house of a 21-year-old gunman, who killed 10 people in a collective shooting in a high school of the Graz before killing him.

About a dozen people were injured in the attack, some seriously.

A suspect armed with a gun and pistol set fire to the Borg Draerschuzengas school on Tuesday.

Officials said that he was an alumni of the same school, although he did not complete his studies.

People mourn, investigators seek motans

One minute of one minute of silence was held on Wednesday for one of Austria’s deadliest attacks.
