With Bos Group International (UA Scotch & Soda Footwear), Just Brands has a long -term license agreement on the sale and distribution of PME Legend’s shoe collections in Europe. From the autumn/winter 2026/27 season, the BOS Group will take over the successor of Premium Inc., which remains responsible for sales up to and including spring/summer 2026.
The new partnership heralds a phase of the strategic realignment. While Just Brands and Premium Inc. initially continue to look after the existing customers, the BOS Group is already preparing the complete transition. The focus is on a smooth handover and ensuring familiar service quality.

Koen Jong from Just Brands adds: “With PME Legend, we achieve growth in the menswear segment year after year. With this step we strengthen our position in the footwear area.”
Bos Group will in future look after fashion and footwear customers in the Benelux and Dach region. A sales team is currently being formed that is preparing the start of sales of the HW26 collection by October.
The PME Legend brand is inspired by the world of cargo pilots and stands for authenticity and functionality. PME Legend has been developing men’s fashion with a striking casual look since 1992. BOS Group International is a family-run company based in Weert (NL) and has been working in the Footwear area since 1982. The brand portfolio includes Australian Footwear, Maruti and Scotch & Soda Footwear.
