Washington. A big revelation has come out from America amid increasing tension between Iran and Israel. According to a report by news agency Reuters, US President Donald Trump recently rejected Israel’s plan, in which preparations were being made to kill Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
However, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu has rejected this claim of US officials. Trump’s statement was told by a senior US administrative official to Reuters. This statement has come at a time when the conflict between Iran and Israel is at its peak and the two countries have recently carried out missile attacks on each other. Experts believe that if Trump had approved the Israeli scheme at that time, the situation in West Asia could have become uncontrollable and a major war could have started. Ayatollah Khamenei is the highest center of Iran’s politics and military decisions, and the attack on him is directly considered to be a shock to the country’s identity.
