Sacheerome IPO: Fragrance and flavor -making company Sachirom Limited had a public issue of Rs 61.62 crore on 9 June and closed on June 11. It received a total of 312.94 times subscription. Now the listing of shares is awaited. They are going to start on NSE SME on Monday, June 16. Talking about the hint from the gray market regarding the listing of Sachirom, the share, IPO price is trading with a premium of Rs 102 to Rs 31 or 30.39 percent. In such a situation, the listing gains can either remain very low or the share can also be listed at the IPO price. The gray market is an unauthorized market where shares of a company trades it till its listing.
Sacheerome Limited offers several products including cosmetic frugeranses, indicatial perfumes, food additives and fly viring essences. It supplies its products to many legendary companies in India and abroad. It is used in industries like fragranse, personal care, body care, hair care, fabric care, home care, baby care, fine frozen, air care, hygiene and welfare, men’s grooming. Its flavors are used in industries such as Beverages, Bakery, Confusion, Dairy Products, Health and Nutrition, Oral Care, Meet Products, Dry Flavors, Seasoning. Sachirom exports to UAE and African markets.
Anchor 17.54 crore was collected from investors
60.41 lakh new shares were issued in Sacheerome’s IPO. Reserve share for qualified institutional buyers in IPO, 173.15 times, reserve share for non-institutional investors 808.56 times and reserved share for retail investors filled 180.28 times. The promoters of the company are Manoj Arora, Alka Arora and Dhruv Arora. Prior to IPO, the company raised Rs 17.54 crore from anchor investors. Sachirom will use the money received from its IPO for setting up a new factory in Gautam Buddha Nagar in Uttar Pradesh and for general corporate purposes.
Sacheerome’s financial health
The company’s financial year 2024-25 increased by 25 percent to Rs 108.13 crore. It was Rs 86.40 crore a year ago. The net profit increased by 50 percent to Rs 15.98 crore. It was Rs 10.67 crore in FY 2024. In FY 2025, Sachirom had a borrowing of Rs 3.47 crore.
