Vishal mega mart block deal: Vishal Mega Mart’s promoter Samayat Services is preparing to sell his 10% stake in LLP company. This stake will be offloaded through the block deal. This information has been received from the sources. Its total deal value is estimated at around ₹ 5,057 crore. The floor price for the stock has been fixed at ₹ 110.

Tremendous performance in March quarter

The latest results of the huge mega mart indicate its strength. Vishal Mega Mart’s net profit rose 88% to ₹ 115.1 crore in the March quarter (Q4Fy25) of FY 2024-25, reaching ₹ 61.2 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue also jumped at ₹ 2,547.9 crore with a jump of 23.2%, while it was ₹ 2,068.9 crore a year ago.

The company performed better at the operating level. Ebitda in Q4 was ₹ 357 crore, which was ₹ 250.5 crore last year i.e. 42.6%. The Ebitda margin rose from 12.1% to 14%.

Which customers have focus

The huge mega mart targets customers with middle and lower-middle income especially. The company’s product line includes clothes, general merchandise and FMCG products. It contains both in-house and third party brands.

As of 31 December 2024, Vishal Mega Mart had 668 stores across the country. The company is constantly expanding in new cities and strengthening its grip in the retail sector.

The condition of shares of huge mega mart

Vishal Mega Mart’s stock closed at ₹ 124.90 on 16 June 2025 with a gain of 0.93%. This year i.e. in 2025, the company has given a return of 18.05% so far.
