The Spanish investigators released a report on Tuesday showing that a power surge led to a one -hour long blackout on the Iberian peninsula in late April.
Power Serge triggered a series reaction of protective shutdowns, Spanish Deputy Prime Minister and Environment Minister Sarah Ez said in Madrid.
He said that there were no signs of a cyber attack, which were due to blackouts.
