The business development company IFG Ingolstadt Aör has commissioned the BBE trade advice and the IPH group together with the architectural firm AIP Vision from Düsseldorf to develop a sustainable subsequent use concept for the empty Kaufhof building in downtown Ingolstadt. The aim is to establish a modern, investor attractive use and at the same time to promote urban revival.
“Our goal is to develop a usage concept that makes a positive contribution to inner -city development in the long term and meets the requirements of investors,” says Philipp Klein, Director at IPH Handelskimmobilien. Markus Wotruba, member of the BBE Handels Advice Management, emphasizes the data -based approach: “We attach particular importance to a thorough market analysis to find the right mix of use.”
During the conception phase, the city of Ingolstadt plans to make the building in intermediate use over various temporary formats. Interested parties can find ongoing information and project updates on the website www.ludwig29.de.
