There will be torrential rain in these states

The Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for South Bengal, coastal Karnataka, Kerala and Gujarat. There is also a possibility of strong winds with heavy rain in the next 24 hours. Heavy rain has been warned in Assam and Meghalaya for the next two days. At the same time, in Gangal West Bengal, Jharkhand and Odisha, there is expected of heavy rains in different areas today.

Clouds will rain in the northeast

The cloud camp in Northeast India will remain for the next five days. The rain will drop the temperature and the weather will remain pleasant. Due to rain in Assam and Meghalaya, people have been advised to be vigilant with waterlogging and rising water level in rivers.

On Saturday, heavy rains have been issued an orange alert for Mandi and Shimla districts of Himachal Pradesh. Yellow alert has been given for Bilaspur, Solan and Sirmaur districts. Except Kinnaur and Lahaul-Spiti, the rest of the districts of the state are expected to continue with thunderstorms.
