Iran-Israel Conflict News: Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei wrote in a message on the social media platform x on Wednesday (June 18) that the war with Israel has started. Iran’s Supreme Leader Khamenei has given this big statement amidst the ongoing struggle with Israel. He posted a picture on X and wrote that “The battle has started in the name of the Great Haider.” According to media reports, Iran has fired 25 missiles on Israel after this announcement. Hyder is often a name used for Ali. The Shia Muslims consider him the first Imam and successor of the Prophet Mohammed.
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that we will give a strong reply to the terrorist Jewish rule. Will not show any kindness on them. In a separate X post, Khamenei warned Israel on Wednesday. He said that Tehran would retaliate strictly against Israeli attacks. Air strikes between the two nations continued overnight.
Violent struggle has been going on between Iran and Israel for the last 6 days. This new post of Khamenei is being considered as the official announcement of the war. That is, now it will be called war or war instead of struggle. According to Western media reports, the US may soon be involved in the Iran-Israel War.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday morning, Israel intensified airstrikes on Iran’s capital a day after US President Donald Trump asked Iran to surrender unconditional surrender. Israel had issued a warning of attack on another area of Tehran, after which these attacks were carried out.
There is an atmosphere of uncertainty in the region. People living in Tehran on the sixth day of the air strikes targeting Iran’s military and nuclear bases by Israel have left their homes. The US sent war aircraft to West Asia and meanwhile, Trump warned Ayatollah Ali Khamenei that he knew where the supreme leaders of Iran were hidden.
Trump appealed to Iran to surrender unconditionally in a post. Trump said that he has no at least a plan to kill Khamenei. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said on Tuesday that it believes that the Israeli aerial attacks at Iran’s nuclear site had had a direct impact on the underground Centrifuge Hall there.

The underground site made to keep the Centrefuse used for uranium is called the ‘Centrifuse Hall’. Israel says that its widespread attack is necessary to prevent Iran from making nuclear weapons. Iran retaliated by firing around 400 missiles and hundreds of drones on Israel. So far 24 people have died in Israel.
