Kaynes Technology India Limited launched its qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) on June 19. It is being said that the company wants to raise up to ₹ 1,600 crore through this. QIP was approved by the company’s board on 22 January 2025. The floor price for QIP is ₹ 5,625.75 per equity share. This issue is being managed by Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, Nomura and Axis Capital.

Conscience Technology India shares closed at Rs 5606.80 on June 19 with a 2 percent decline on BSE. The company’s market cap is close to Rs 36000 crore. The company was listed in the stock markets on November 2022. Its IPO of Rs 857.82 crore was subscribed to 34.16 times.

Shares strong 22 percent in 3 months

The face value of the stock is Rs 10. According to BSE data, the stock has climbed 22 percent in 3 months. At the same time, it has seen a rise of about 260 percent in 2 years. The company had 57.75 percent stake in the company by the end of March 2025. The company’s promoters are Ramesh Kunhikannan, Savita Ramesh and RK Family Trust. The stock has so far gone to BSE to a record high of Rs 7,824.95 and a record of Rs 3,729.70.

During the entire financial year 2024-25, the company’s standalone basis was recorded at Rs 1,915.44 crore, net profit of Rs 209.91 crore and earnings per share was recorded at Rs 32.81 crore. The company is estimating a revenue of about Rs 4,525 crore for FY 2025-26. The Ebitda margin 50 basis points are expected to be 15.6%.
