Ever since Karol Navarki was declared the winner of Poland’s presidential election three weeks ago, the country’s right -wing has been working with orthodox faith.
Opposition Law and Justice (PIS) party leader Jaroslav Kakzinski, gathering his supporters, is studying for a difficult fight with European, Central-Left Government, supporters of Prime Minister Donald Tusks.
Kaczynski aims to work with the President Navarki to bring down the task government after the next parliamentary election in 2027 and return to power on the latest.
But it is reported that complaints about the election in the Supreme Court of Poland have been flooded, which is casting an eye on the opposition’s jubilee.
Fifty thousand complaints
The first president of the Supreme Court of Poland, Malgorzata Manovska, says more than 50,000 complaints have been conceived.
And it is said that protests are still not being registered.
Filing complaints claim that there was irregularity in counting of Nawaroki’s supporters European rival, Rafale Tzscowski, counting for counting.
‘We will not tolerate in search of wife’
Speaking at the first public PIS event after the election, Kakzinski on Sunday accused the governing alliance of questioning the election results.
“We will not tolerate the search wife; we will not let the election be stolen from us,” he told the supporters.
Nawrocki won the second round of the presidential election on 1 June, giving 49% votes for 49% of Tzscowski.
Addressing the Prime Minister, the President-election said that “Future President will not allow Poland to loot his democracy and rob his President’s freedom to choose.”
The 42 -year -old historian, Navki, stopped the tusk “avoiding hysterical reactions and destroying the Polish democracy.” It is due to the inauguration on 6 August.
Tusk says for explanation
The tusks initially responded with great restraint to reports of electoral irregularities.
Soon after the runoff election, reports on social media stated that the Navarki was moving forward in the constituencies where Tzscowski was clearly in the first round.
Because Tusk and other prominent members of his party, Civic Platform (PO) did not say anything about the allegations, PO legalist Roman Giartich dismissed the initiative. He uploaded a form on the Internet, he said that whoever wanted to file a complaint can just fill.
“This was the electoral mard,” the lawyer announced, which is one of the fierce critics of PIS.
To compromise with Gierych, right -wing television channel Republic has broadcast a recording of private telephone calls made by politicians for days. It is likely that they were recorded using Pegasus detective techniques.
Prime Minister vs President
The Tusk has made his restraint aside, struggling with the outgoing President, Andrez Duda during a meeting of the National Security Council last week. Duda comes from a political camp similar to the President-Election Nawrocki. Both collided on X.
“Are you not just curious, as people, about the actual election results?
“Mr. Tusk and his allies cannot accept the defeat,” said Duda. He said, “I am not keen on election results.
Government did not call for recurrence
The Supreme Court says it has registered around 10,000 out of more than 50,000 written complaints.
In the case of 13 commissions, a recurrence was ordered, with errors discovered in 11 constituencies.
In most cases, votes for TRzaskowski were counted to Nawrocki or the names of the candidates were added to the official records. In one case, the Public Prosecutor has initiated the proceedings.
“We are not challenging the election results. We just want to clean the cases of any problem,” government spokesperson Adam Szalpka insisted.
Several members of the ruling coalition, including Deputy Prime Minister Vladislav Kosiniak-Commase, are of the opinion that the measure of irregularities is not enough to question Navrocki’s victory.
“No leader of the coalition parties has called for recurrence of all votes after the coalition meeting on Tuesday on Tuesday,” Vlodzimierz Czarzasty said.
Supreme Court decided next week
The Supreme Court has till July 2 to investigate complaints. Judges should give their decision on the validity of voting within 30 days of the election.
Two seating of the Supreme Court are scheduled to be held on this Friday. Vosecich Hermelinski, a former head of the Election Commission suspected that it would be sufficient in view of the number of complaints involved.
Furthermore, it is unlikely that the Supreme Court’s decision will end the dispute that the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs (Supreme Court Chamber that decides on the validity of the election) was created by PIS and is not independently accessed by the European Court or European Court of Human Rights.
“Polish judiciary is completely anarchy,” says Malgorzata Manovska.
“I am not claiming that the presidential election was rigged,” wrote by Bartoz Villinsky in Polish Dainiest Newspaper Gazeta vyborasa“However, the debate about the results has a lot of question marks that a group of all the votes cast in the election runoff is causing the kingdom of Poland.”
Political scientist Antony Dudek has warned the government against pursuing the “myth of rigged elections”. Dudek on Monday told television channel PoSAT that this myth would be extremely dangerous for the stability of the Polish state and even violence or civil war.
Meanwhile, the Speaker of the Polish Parliament, Szheimon Holonia, sovereignty to pour oil on troubled water.
Holvonia said on Tuesday, “If the Supreme Court declared the election valid, I will call the National Assembly on August 6 so that Karol can take an oath as Navaroki.”
