Sanjeev Puri (Sanjiv Puri), chairman and managing director of ITC Limited received a total of Rs 25.66 crore during FY 2024-25. This was revealed from the company’s annual report from 2025. This figure of Puri’s wages is 1.5 percent more than the salary he received a year ago. In FY 2023-24, Puri took Rs 25.28 crore home.
According to the annual report, Puri salary for FY 2025 included basic salary of Rs 3.53 crore, allowances of Rs 73.46 lakh and other benefits, and performance bonus of Rs 21.39 crore. During the financial year 2024, the basic salary in the salary was Rs 3.12 crore, allowances and other benefits of Rs 57.7 lakh and the performance bonus of Rs 21.48 crore.
With ITC since 1986
Sanjeev Puri joined ITC in January 1986. He is the chairman and managing director of the company since 2019. Puri was also given a total of 1,34,500 stock options during FY 2024-25. By March 2025, he had 4,52,843 ordinary shares. Sanjeev Puri is also the chairman and non -executive director of ITC Hotels since April 2024.
