US President Donald Trump labeled the Supreme Court’s decision to ban the capabilities of judges to provide nationwide prohibitory orders as a “huge victory”.
Attorney General Palm Bandy said the decision “would stop the endless barrage of the National Prohibition against President Trump.

Supreme Court Texas supports online porn age-checques law
In a separate judgment, the US Supreme Court has upheld a Texas Act, requiring porn websites to verify the age of users.
The ruling, handed over on Friday, argues that the law violates free speech rights.
The law requires a website, the content of which is more than a third “harmful to minors”, all users verify at least 18 years of age to identify information personally.
Supporters say that this remedy is an important step to protect children from harmful online content. Critics, however, warns that it can set a disturbed example for internet regulation.

The Supreme Court restricts the power of low judges
The US Supreme Court has resumed the power of the lower courts to block federal policies.
In a 6-3 judgment from President Donald Trump’s bid to end birth appreciated citizenship, the court said that the nationwide prohibitions issued by the district courtyard “are likely to exceed this equal rights that the Congress has given to the federal courts.”
Many courts suspended Trump’s order, their administration appealed to the Supreme Court, arguing that fewer judges do not have the right to stop the President’s action.
