Merkel critical of his own party’s refuge policy

Former German Chancellor Angela Merkel criticized the rejection of refuge on the borders of Germany, the policy being implemented by the current government under the leadership of Chancellor Frederick Merz.

The issue of migration has been a major topic in German politics for many years.

The new government of Merz has been eliminated to implement difficult measures to control irregular migration, which includes removing asylum seekers on the border and limiting family reunion for some categories of refugee people.

“If someone stands on the German border and says they need asylum, they should receive the appropriate procedure,” Merkel said in a conversation with five refugees in Berlin, a conversation published by public broadcaster WDR.

“As far as I am concerned, the process can only be on the range, but there should be a process.”

Merkel said that while there is a need to have a system that resulted in people to smuggle who comes in Germany, a consensus is related to which the refuge is most needed, ie mentioning the need for job markets for employees.

“We have to think about it in European words,” said Merkel.

Merkel is known for her disagreement with the current Chancellor during its time and during the time after its time.
