Police at the United Kingdom said on Friday that Ghana’s international football player Thomas Party has been accused of five rape cases and a count of sexual abuse.
Parttey, whose contract with the Premier League Club Arsenal ended on Monday, is scheduled to appear in the Westminster Magistrate Court in London on 5 August.
What else do we know about the allegations against the party?
Allegations against the 32 -year -old footballer have been brought bees by three women and refer to the incidents that were allegedly between 2021 and 2022.
The British police said they were investigating the beat in February 2022.
“Our priority supports women who have come forward,” said Andy Furfi, Detective Superintendent of Metropolitan Police in London. “We will ask anyone who has been affected by this matter, or whoever has information, to talk with our team.”
