French President Macron asks for early preparation for ‘Countmakers’
French President Emmanuel Macron said that his country, with European Commission Chairman Ursula von Der Leyen, “shares the same strong rejection in the announcement,” which “comes after the weeks of intensive engagement.”
Macron posted on X, “With European unity, it is more than the Commission to claim the union’s determination to protect European interests.”

The Dutch government provides ‘full support’ to the European Union’s response to the US
The Netherlands acting Prime Minister, Dick Shuf, has released its response to the US tariff of 30% on European Union goods.
“30% on goods imported from the European Union is related to the American announcement of Taifs and not from the ahead,” Shoff said.
“European Commission can rely on our full support. As the European Union we should unite and firm in pursuing a result with the United States that is mutually beneficial.”
Dick Shoff is in charge of the Dutch government in a caretaker role until a new government is formed after the SNAP elections prescribed for the second half of this year.

The German economy minister asks for the ‘practical’ tariff solution
German economy minister Kaitharina Reich said US Tafs “Woods gave a tough competition to European exporting companies.”

German car lobby VDA Tariff escalation against warning
The chairman of the German Association of the Automotive Industry VDA said in a statement that the cost was gathering for car companies and “the European Union and the US would have to find a solution as soon as possible to reduce the adjacent results on both sides of the Atlantic.”
VDA President Hildegard Muller said, “It is regrettable that there is a danger of further growth in trade struggle and that there is still not a solution for tariffs of 27.5% on car imports in the United States, which is applicable.”

German car companies have been shipping more vehicles in the US in the last months in an attempt to overtake any tariff.
If the European Union failed to make a deal by 9 July, Trump had theater to impose 50% tariffs, a time limit that returned by August. But now he has announced new 30% new tattifies starting from 1 August.

The President of the European Council says that the European Union is ready to support the ‘fair agreement’ with the US
European Council President Antonio Costa stated that the 27 -member block is ready to support the European Commission’s efforts “to reach a proper agreement with the US.”
“Free and fair trade enhances prosperity, creates jobs and strengthens supply chains. Taffs are taxed. They fuel inflation, cause uncertainty and obstruct economic growth.

German industry lobby calls Trump Tattifs to find ‘Solutions very early’
The German Industry Trade Association BDI has called for an immediate negotiation to resolve a growing trade war as US President Trump has insisted on imposing 30% tariffs on imports from the European Union.
“President Trump’s announcement is an alarm signal for the industry on both sides of the Atlantic,” a member of the Executive Board of BDI said in a statement.
He said, “BDI Government, European Commission and US administration asks the US administration to find solutions very quickly in the dialogue and avoid an increase,” he said.
The German economy, the largest in Europe, is very much dependent on exports and thus especially insecure for the US trade war.

The European Union says that Trump continued to work towards a deal after threatening 30% Tatur
