Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar said that the restoration of Russia-India-China (RIC) tripartite talks depends on the mutual consent and convenience of the three countries. In the year 2020, the platform became inactive due to the Kovid-19 and the Indo-China border dispute. Russia and China are now in favor of reviving it again. However, India has taken a vigilant stand.
