On July 19, Twoday’s order event started with a mix of fashion, accessories and shoes. According to trade fair chief Ulrike Kähler, there are 230 brands, including 23 exhibitors from the shoe area on the Twodays in the Rheinterrassen. In addition, there are the brands in the Cape.One, which was rented by the Igedo Exhibitions for the showroom concept.
The Shoebrands on the Twodays on the Rheinterrasse include Rebecca White, Melvin & Hamilton, Hechter Paris, Camper, Uli H. and Emu Australia. The event extends over several rooms, from the bike rack to the Rheingoldsaal. While the fashion collections dominate in the bike rack and Rheingoldsaal, shoe collections can be found in the other rooms.
With the step to the Twodays, the IGEGO team around Ulrike Kähler and Philipp Kronen has fulfilled the desire to find a location on the right side of the Rhine in order to save the buyers and dealers long distances between the order events. The early appointment for shoe collections was also due to the wish from the industry to find out about new trends at the beginning of the order round.
