Us Donald Trump News: US President Donald Trump has suffered a major setback from the court. His decision has been termed as a completely unconstitutional by a federal appellate court, in which he had talked about changing the tradition of giving citizenship to children born in America. This order not only puts Trump’s ‘Day One Order’ on hold, but also takes the debate on the issue in the courts in a decisive direction. The decision comes from the 9th US Circuit Court of appeals, which is located in San Francisco.

The court made it clear with the majority of a judge as compared to two that Birthright Citizenship is safe from the US Constitution on the basis of birth and cannot be eliminated with any executive order. Donald Trump signed an executive order after becoming President, through which it was proposed not to give citizenship to children born to illegal migrants in the US. Many Democratic states and organizations challenged the courts against this decision.
