The company Handsfree Labs announced on July 24 to take action against Skechers. The sneaker manufacturer is accused of deliberately violating four usage patterns secured by hand-free-free Labs when using the slip-in technology.
Skechers explains to want to defend himself against these accusations in court. The company believes that Kizik’s allegations are unfounded. Skechers developed his own hands-free technology and did not violate any patents.
