Ukrainian drone strike 1 kills in southern Russia
A Ukrainian drone strike has killed a person in Rostov area of Russia, the region’s acting governor Yuri Sliusar said on Tuesday.
Slisar said that the victim died after a car was hit on Ostrovski Street. He said that many places were targeted in overnight attack, including Sarsk, Kamansk-Shaktiinski, Volgodonsk, Bokowski, Tarasovski and Sleusar.
The debris hit the Sarsk train station, damaging both a goods and a passenger train. Passengers were evacuated, and no additional injuries.

Russian air strike killed 16 prisoners in Zaporizhajia Jail
Ukrainian officials say that a Russian air strike has killed at least 16 prisoners in a detention facility near the front-line city of Zaporizhjia.
According to regional governor Ivan Fedorov, another 35 prisoners were injured in an overnight attack, which damaged several buildings within the campus.
Fedrov stated that the region was killed eight times overnight, possibly by Russian glide bombs, and nearby houses. He said that the injured were receiving medical care.
